Ingredients

Carbohydrate blend (92%): maltodextrin (from corn), fructose; electrolytes (4%): sodium chloride, calcium lactate, potassium chloride, sodium citrate, magnesium oxide; acidity regulator: citric acid; natural flavouring; sweetener: aspartame (source of phenylalanine). Contains a source of phenylalanine.

Suggested Use

Dissolve 2 scoops (40 g) of powder in 500 ml of water in a bottle and mix well. Consume before, during or after physical exercise, according to individual fluid and carbohydrate requirements. Consume the prepared drink within 24 hours.
