Suggested use:

Take 1-3 portions a day — before breakfast, between meals, after training or before sleep. Dissolve 1 portion of the product (35 g of powder = 1 scoop) in 150 ml1 of water; use a shaker for at least 10 seconds. Consume directly after preparation.
