Ingredients

Magnesium carbonate, citric acid, natural raspberry flavour, natural lemon flavour, stevia extract (from leaf). When dissolved in water, magnesium carbonate and citric acid react to form ionic magnesium citrate.

Directions

Start with half a teaspoon of powder (approximately 1 g) daily, gradually increasing the serving to 2 teaspoons (4 g) per day. Add the powder to a glass, pour in 60-90 ml of hot water, wait for the fizzing to stop, then stir and top up with warm or cold water.
