Ingredients

Tricreatine citrate (83.5%), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs and peanuts.

Directions for use

Take one serving, i.e. 4 capsules, with 300 ml of water. Use 1 serving daily.

On training days: 1 serving 30 minutes before training or 1 serving immediately after training.

On non-training days: 1 serving in the morning after waking up or 1 serving before sleep.

Contraindications

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women or by children under 18 years of age.
