Trec Nutrition Creatine CM3 is creatine citrate in capsules for adults who do strength training or play sports built on short, dynamic efforts. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine, which is what one serving (4 capsules) provides. The unflavoured capsules are taken with water, with no scoop or shaker, and contain no added sugar, sweeteners, flavourings, colourings or caffeine.

Ingredients

Tricreatine citrate (83.5%), capsule shell: glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

May contain milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs and peanuts.

Directions for use

The recommended daily serving is 4 capsules taken with 300 ml of water. There is no loading phase: the same serving is taken every day. On training days take it 30 minutes before training or right after it, on other days in the morning or before bed. After training it combines well with a protein supplement.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Not intended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or for persons under 18 years of age.

Storage

Store in a dry place at a temperature of 15 to 25°C, protected from light and moisture, out of reach of small children.
