Olimp Cream of Rice is a chocolate rice cream powder that is ready in moments: just stir a serving into cold or warm water. One scoop (33 g) provides 26 g of complex carbohydrates with 0 g sugars and only 0.3 g of fat, plus 12 vitamins, including B vitamins. About the product

Olimp Cream of Rice is a dessert-style instant rice cream in the Creamy Chocolate flavour. It is based on rice flour (93.5%), with low-fat cocoa giving the chocolate taste. The powder dissolves easily into a smooth, creamy porridge with no cooking, microwave or boiling water needed.

A 33 g serving provides 26 g of carbohydrates and 117 kcal. The cream contains no sugars (it is sweetened with acesulfame K and sucralose), is low in fat and has 12 added vitamins: A, C, D, E and B vitamins. It is a different carbohydrate format from oatmeal or typical carbo powders, and a convenient meal for anyone with no time to cook before or after training.

Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. The beneficial effect is obtained with carbohydrates from all sources, with a total carbohydrate intake of 4 g per kg of body weight, at doses taken within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.

Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Vitamins B6, B12, C, riboflavin, niacin and pantothenic acid contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to use

1. Measure out a 33 g serving of powder (1 scoop) into a bowl.
2. Add 200 ml of cold or 250 ml of warm water. Use water at a temperature that lets you eat the cream straight after preparing it.
3. Stir vigorously until you reach the desired consistency. Adjust the intensity of the flavour by changing the amount of water within 200-250 ml.

You can combine the cream with a protein supplement.
