Ingredients

Buffered creatine monohydrate KRE-ALKALYN®, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; capsule shell: gelatin.

Directions for use

On training days: 1-2 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach and 1-2 capsules before training. On non-training days: 1-2 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach. Take the capsules with plenty of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
