Garcinia cambogia extract (fruit, standardised to 95% hydroxycitric acid), green coffee bean extract (standardised to 50% chlorogenic acid), glucomannan (konjac flour), raspberry extract, black pepper extract (Bioperine), zinc oxide, pyridoxine (vitamin B6), chromium picolinate, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12); shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Suggested use

Take 2 capsules at once, 30 minutes before a meal, with a large glass of water.
